Worsted Wonderland Socks
The Worsted Wonderland collection of hats, socks, and mittens is like finally finding the perfect recipe that turns out exactly right every time!
Celebrating Worsted Weight yarn:
- It’s an easy weight of yarn to get your hands on from both small and large marketplaces
- Worsted weight (especially wool) is plenty warm but not too thick
- It knits up quick for gifts, charity, or just a wardrobe of colors
It’s all there in this pattern - the tricks for a perfect cast-on, the seamless join, changing needle sizes, and creating a neat and tidy heel.
Socks for Everyone! - sizes included for precious little baby toes all the way to XL adult feet.
Construction
Worked cuff down, in the round. Square heel and gusset (makes for the best fit in my opinion). Finished with a classic wedge toe.
Yarn
Any Worsted weight yarn will do nicely! Have fun with colors and prints.
(If using wool, a superwash variety is recommended for gifts & charity)
