Wrap me in a Rainbow
Wrap me in a Rainbow! This shawl is a celebration of colour; you may choose to use the given colours, or perhaps this is a perfect project to use up a rainbow of yarn minis leftover in your stash from previous makes! Each rainbow stripe uses no more than 6g of DK yarn so even the tiniest yarn leftovers in your stash might be enough!
The asymmetrical shape is knitted flat back and forth with simple increases and decreases on each side, so the pattern is rated suitable for intermediate knitters or adventurous
beginners.
The finished shawl measures a generous 6ft from tip to tip, and is 15 inches deep.
Materials: Stylecraft Batik DK 138m/151yds per 50g (80% Acrylic, 20% Wool) 150g of main colour and 6g each of 10 additional contrast colours for the rainbow stripes, 4mm circular needle (minimum 80cm long cable),Tapestry needle and scissors
