This beret is inspired by Christmas wreaths. I aimed to capture the variety of textures and motifs present during the holiday season.

CONSTRUCTION
The beret is knitted from the bottom up in the round. After the ribbing, you will knit in horizontal i-cord before making increases. Following a few centimeters of stockinette stitch, you will create a horizontal braid before dividing the beret into 8 sections, forming an 8-pointed star pattern when closing the beret.

GAUGE
27 sts y 30 rounds = 10cm / 4”, worked in the round in stockinette stitch on 3mm needles, after blocking.

Tejeritas Twin Cakes (75% Superwash Merino, 25% Nylon; light fingering weight; 425m / 465yds per 100g skein)

Esta boina está inspirada en las coronas navideñas, quise representar la variedad de texturas y motivos presentes en la época navideña.

CONSTRUCCIÓN
La boina se teje desde abajo hacia arriba en redondo. Luego de la pretina tejerás en punto i-cord horizontal antes de hacer aumentos. Después de tejer en punto jersey por algunos centímetros tejerás una trenza horizontal para posteriormente dividir la boina en 8 secciones, dibujando una estrella de 8 puntas al cerrar la boina.

27 pts y 30 vts = 10cm, tejido en punto jersey en redondo con palillo de grosor 3mm, medido después de bloquear.
