This newborn (photography prop) bonnet knitting pattern from Lily B’s is knit flat using your favourite sport weight yarn and 3.5mm (US4) needles. Quick to work up - so you can use it in a photography session the same day as you start knitting it. It fits perfectly and frames baby’s face wonderfully. The texture on this baby bonnet adds to its visual appeal. The Wren Bonnet is the perfect addition to your photo prop stash or, if you’re a photography prop vendor, your prop shop’s inventory.

SIZE: The Wren Bonnet is sized to fit most 5 to 8 newborn babies, with a head circumference of about 13” - but, as all babies are unique, it will not fit ALL newborns.

DIFFICULTY: Intermediate, using standard US knitting terminology.
