I was struggling to find a knitting project that was both mindless and short so that I could handle it during the Covid-19 crisis. I found myself unable to focus on anything that took too long and too much thinking. A friend suggested wrist warmers –perhaps as a joke, I don’t know—but it was like a bell went off and I thought bingo!

They are small. They can be knit up in a couple of hours at most, and are satisfyingly simple and complex-ish at the same time. There are cable sts, colour changes with this Regia colour, which I can’t remember its name but I’m still looking.

I will try to add some additional patterns in the future but for now this one design will do.

I hope it helps others get some knitting satisfaction too.
