The Wyandotte sock is based on one of my absolute favorite chicken breeds — the Wyandotte. I have one Silver Laced Wyandotte in my flock and to say her plumage is stunning is an understatement. There are various colors within the Wyandotte breed which lends to great inspiration to color choice. This sock is written top-down on DPNS. Your preferred sock knitting style can be substituted if preferred. The sock consists of a folded cuff, a colorwork leg, an eye of partridge heel flap and gusset, and stockinette foot with a classic wedge toe decrease.
