This pullover is knit flat as separate front and back pieces, which are seamed at the shoulder. The bottom ruffle is picked up along CO edge and knit in the round.
The 36” size measures 14” from the underarm to the bottom of the ruffle. This top was designed for a petite to average height person. If it appears to be a bit cropped, it’s due to my height (5’9”).
