This is a basic hat pattern to get you started getting used to the Universal X Loom that I designed and Cindwood modified and making. It is a new loom that you can decrease and increase from 4 directions. This concept allows for a beautifully smooth crown. No more bulk and all kinds of fancy techniques to try and get a smooth crown. The loom comes for now in a 3/8” gauge but hopefully will be available in 1/2” gauge some time in the new year. There is a formula included with the PDF explaining how to make this in any size you would like.
