X x X Anniversary Tea Cozy
To celebrate our 10th, we stirred together a few of our favorite things: cables, tweed and tea! And just to be a little eXtra clever, we made sure to sneak in 10 (X!) little X-ing cables. We think every home needs a Brown Betty. And every teapot needs a tweedy cozy!
There’s something so homey (the English would say ‘homely!’) about a knitted tea cozy. And it’s so practical. It keeps the water at the optimum steeping temperature longer and it’ll keep your tea warm while you sip. And chat. And knit. Once you start using one, you’ll never have a naked teapot again!
This tea cozy is worked in two pieces, then seamed, leaving openings for handle and spout.
