Xondéos
The winding trail meets up with the river, briefly following its course. Birdsong accompanies my hike across hills, valleys and along the meandering river Sûre in Luxembourg.
As I follow the path’s climb and descent, a spring shower starts to fall. I halt to shelter under the canopy. I breathe and take a moment to enjoy the scenery.
The Xondéos scarf / stole is inspired by the winding waters of the river Sûre, its wildlife and greenery. Xondéos is a word play on oxygen, ondée (rain shower in French) and Sûre.
The scarf / stole playfully combines lacy panels featuring chevrons with long sinuous cables. The cables are reversible and create a surprising effect when wearing the scarf / stole.
Follow the winding path with us and wow your friends with the lacy and cabled Xondéos!
For best effect, use a round yarn with good stitch definition. Yarn weights ranging from Fingering to Worsted would be suitable. As for colorways, I would recommend solid, semi-solid, or gradient (single skein or gradient set) yarns.
