I started to make a dishcloth that reminded me of the ones my grandma made when I was young. However, I got bored with the pattern and changed it after a few rows.

When I looked at it, the designed reminded me of the “X”’s and “O”’s that people use as shorthand for Hugs and Kisses and that is how the name came about.

This dishcloth is Hugs and Kisses for Grandma.
