He’s a miniature memento of Nepal and the Himalayan mountains that will either remind you of the vacation you loved or entice you to venture in to worlds unknown.
So pick up that hook, and crochet this adorably scruffy bovine in to your home!

Approximately 5 in tall x 5 in wide
Materials Used
-Sewing yarn needle
-Polyfill stuffing
-10 mm solid black eyes
-Hook: G 4.0mm
-Yarn: Body- 3.5oz/100g umber
Hair – 3.5oz/100g cocoa
Horns- 3.5oz/100g Ivory
Muzzle/Hooves– 3.5oz/100g charcoal
Optional– 3.5oz/100g Black
Changing the size of the yarn and hook will increase or decrease the overall size of the yak. Make it your own!
If interested in making this MUCH larger, then simply multiply each step by the amount larger you want. Ex: If you would like your yak 3 times larger than this pattern makes, then multiply the amount of stitches at the end of each round or row by 3! Think of the possibilities!!
