A simple striped top that can make your fingering weight yarns shine.

The top is knit with two skeins of handdyed yarn, of which one is partly dyed, and one skein of undyed yarn. Instead of an undyed skein it is also possible to use a color that is present in one of the other yarns. This will make the stripes blend together. Stockinette and garter stripes give it an interesting texture.

The top has an easy construction, knit in two squares and then sewn together. If wanted, the length and width can be easily adjusted. Choose a size with no ease or slight positive ease for a loose fit.
