YARA DRESS PATTERN

Welcome to the Yara Dress Pattern. Please read the instruction before purchasing!

The Yara Dress Pattern is a “Made to measure Pattern” that means there are NO GRADED SIZES in the pattern, instead you enter your own personal bodymeasurements inside the included calculation sheets to create a dress that is customized to YOUR size! This means there are a lot of different possibilities to create a dress of your liking but definitelly asks for your engagement and creativity!

Anyways, the Yara dress is designed to have a straight lineal silhoutte, there are options to make more space for hips or waist and to play with the ease of the dress. Crochet testers have added elastic bands or belts to create an even clearer waistarea.

!! In case your bustcircumference is WIDER than your hip or waistcircumference the dress will definitelly have a straight design, if hip or waist circumference is WIDER than your bustcircumference you have different possibilitys to adjust it to your liking!!

What you´ll need:

I recommend using a weight (1) super fine or weight (2) fine weight yarn so the dress has a nice drape , is elastic on the parts where its needed and won´t be too heavy in the end!

Testers needed between 400-900gr of weight 1 or weight 2 yarn, it heavily depends on your chosen yarn, your chosen hooksize and the chosen lenght of your dress!

Hooksize is free to choose, i used a 5mm hook (the bigger the hook the more drape and flowiness you´ll achieve)

Skill Level is INTERMEDIATE
the used technics and special stitches are explained in the pattern through pictures and videos!
The used stitch is the: yarnoverslipstitch in backloop only
You´ll use “shortrows” to shape the dress!
