Yarn Tales Stitchwork: The Knit Stitch (Garter Stitch)
The Knit Stitch (Garter Stitch) is a very basic, a very simple, and a very relaxing, mindless stitch pattern. It’s perfect for winding down at the end of a very stressful day. The Knit Stitch always puts a smile on my face, especially with US 35s and 50s, because it really shows off the beauty of the yarn. As simple as the Knit Stitch is, I’ve never had one of my Knit Stitch projects turned down when offered to my family and friends.
The Knit Stitch (Garter Stitch) projects in this book range from a single skein scarf using Blue Sky Alpacas Sport weight yarn to a six skein blanket using Malabrigo Rasta super bulky weight yarn.
