Two rich shades of worsted-weight wool alternate between shells and straight single crochet. This extra-long cowl is worked flat and seamed, but this step could be skipped to make a scarf. Choose colors from the same family as shown, or go for shades that are highly contrasting, complementary, or whatever you desire!
