” The Yasumi top can be knitted in many yarn qualities. The off-white top holds two strands of Isager Bomulin together, and this version is an airy, light and transparent top, suitable for wearing over a tank top on a hot summer day.
The grey top holds one strand of Isager Tweed together with two strands of Isager Alpaca 1 in two different shades, and in this version, the Yasumi is a vest to be worn with a shirt, a t-shirt or a dress in winter”.

ABOUT THE DESIGN
The top is worked bottom up in the round on circular needles until splitting for sleeves, whereafter the front and back are worked flat separately. The front and back meet at the shoulder and the visible shoulder seam is worked as a three-needle bind. The neckline and sleeve ribbings are picked up and knitted on a smaller needle size adding shape and structure to the top’s all-over lace pattern.
