A round dishcloth, knitted flat in sections, shaped by
basic short rows, featuring a small garter stitch body and
a large lace border. The pattern is started with a provisional
crochet cast on, then finished by grafting the first and last
rows together.

Put two of my dishcloths into your cart and pay for only one! No code needed.

The pattern comes with charts as well as row by row written instructions.

If there’s one reaction I hear most often when I release a new dishcloth pattern, it’s “That is way too pretty to be used as a dishcloth!”. Most of the time I don’t fully agree, because I just love having pretty things around me when doing menial chores, even if said chores eventually destroy the pretties.
In the case of this pattern though, even I have to say it IS too pretty for its stated purpose. But from time to time one simply must make something absolutely impractical, just for the sheer beauty.
So instead of a practical everyday dishie, this one can be a very impressive housewarming gift, spa cloth, doily, bread basket liner, or a mandala type wall decoration.
