We are excited to announce that we are expanding 52 Weeks of Yarn to include a special monthly review called the Year of Yarn.

Each yarn reviewed in this new section will include a pattern to knit a 12” x 18” block. Knit each block along with us, using the suggested yarn in the colors of your choice. At the end of the year, sew each block together and create a unique, fabulous throw to keep you cozy.

The block patterns for our current Year of Yarn are offered for FREE on the Love of Knitting website, and the patterns from our 2012/2013 Year of Yarn are available for purchase. The price includes all 12 block patterns, which can be stitched together to create a unique sampler blanket.
