Year’s End - simple socks to keep your needles busy and feet warm. Little eyelet patterning holds your interest without too much hassle and the plain Stockinette makes these great for all your favorite speckles.

Year’s Ens socks are easily worked from toe up, my favorite way of knitting socks.

Yarn: 1 skein of Hedgehog Fibres Twist Sock (80% Blue Faced Leicester Wool, 20% nylon; 399 yards (365 meters) / 100g). Approx. 320 (380) yards / 300 (350) meters of fingering weight yarn. Sample socks are knit in size small and in colorway Artifact.

Finished circumference of the foot of the sock: 8 (9)” / 20 (23) cm.
