This pattern is available for free.

This was done on a CinDwood 15 peg 1/2 gauge loom, but the pattern is also written for the 12 peg knifty knitter and boye loom as well.
I used Bernat Blanket Yarn for this project. It required very little yarn you could practically make this with scrap yarn.
