This rug design takes me back to my grandparents country house when I was a child. The simplistic design works up quickly and can be customized to match any decor.

I worked this design with Super Bulky (#7) Red Heart Boutique Boulevard, the yardage given above is for #7.

My testers used a variety of yarns to include worsted weight (3-4 strands held together) and Bulky weight w/worsted (1 strand each held together).

Instructions are given to ‘customize’ your rug to make it larger if desired.
