-Ylva is the name of my oldest grandchild. She use to model my mittens.
The colours of the mittens are the ones she likes.
Now Ylva herself is a mother of a little boy, so I have become a grand, grandmother.
The pattern on the mittens is an idea from a weaving pattern/technique called “Rosengång”.
