This crochet pattern is for a yoga bolster pillow and a bonus yoga strap crocheted in chakra colors. A perfect gift to crochet for the yoga person in your life or for yourself. I designed the pattern because I needed a yoga bolster and thought it would be fun to crochet one with chakra colors.

This pattern is very easy to crochet. Stitches used are single crochet and double crochet. Both the pillow and the strap are crocheted with a size US K hook. You will need 7 colors of yarn in the chakra colors, which are listed in the pattern. If you don’t want the chakra colors you can substitute other colors. I have tables in the pattern for keeping track of the colors and row you are on.

You will also need a pillow form that is 22 in. by 12 in. for this pattern and a darning needle to sew the pillow together and weave in ends.
