The story of this frog makes me smile. My son has been taking yoga since he was two years of age. And it’s become a daily part of his life and has given him a way to calm down, to have fun and to exercise. My son uses the phrase “peace begins with me” that he learned from his yoga teacher every morning when he wakes up. He loves playing with the frog and showing him poses. Hope you enjoy it too!
