The Yoho Jumper ~Adult~ PATTERN

The Yoho Jumper is named after Yoho National Park which is located on the western slopes of the Canadian Rockies. The park is known for its vertical rock walls, incredible hiking trails and waterfalls around every corner! You can hike through a dense subalpine forest and walk among the endangered whitebark and limber pine trees. I casted off my last stitch just as we were entering the park on a weekend getaway and thought it was the perfect name for my new sweater design.

This sweater is a seamless design worked from the top down. It is first worked back and forth for the neck shaping and then joined together to work in the round. It is divided at the underarms where the body and sleeves are worked separately in the round. The collar is worked by picking up stitches and joined to work in the round.
This sweater has a classic fit with approximately 2-4 inches of positive ease.

Some techniques to know: knit, purl, increase, decrease, pick up and knit etc

Needles: US 8, 5mm 24” circular knitting needles & US 7, 4.5mm 24” circular knitting needles
