This was one of the first patterns I ever wrote up. I really like El Dia de Los Muertos, and I wanted to have a little sugar skull to decorate! This is a great basic skull to make and then design it however you choose.

The skull is hollow, and there is an opening left when you’re done the pattern. It is worked in a stiff acrylic yarn to give it shape.
