This pattern has been designed for the Bleeping Sock Games 2014.

Yoshi Has It is a pattern I designed in mind of the Super Mario Brothers game, I used to play with my sisters on the Nintendo 64. When we got the new game of Mario Brothers (the first time Yoshi was in it), I became very fond of Yoshi. I decided I wanted to make some Yoshi socks, that incorporated Yoshi but also the whole theme of Mario as well, and I think I have definitely done that by adding in the Question Marks to indicate the Mystery Boxes in the game.

This sock is for an intermediate knitter, it does require you to know how to do basic sock construction, and is not stated in this pattern. You will also need to know how to do Duplicate Stitching, which can be found on youtube:

I designed this sock using the Fish Lips Kiss Heel. It is $1 on ravelry, and it is a great heel to use! Custom fitted to every heel shape!

You will need the following:

200-250 yards of sock yarn (fingering weight)
scraps of green, black and white
US size 1 needles
Tapestry Needle
