You Can't Tame a Dreamer
Is it a wrap? Is it a scarf? Who knows! Wear it any way you want. This parallelogram design combines rows of garter that hug a beautiful section of eyelets. Just as I fell in love with the pinstripes, the eyelets quickly became my favorite until I started on the color blocks. I just couldn’t get enough of each section.
One of my favorite things to do is use up all of my yarn. So, in this pattern, it’s really up to you. You can use it all, or you might look at it your project and decide the section is long enough.
This is a great wrap/scarf project for a beginner knitter looking for a project that combines simple garter and eyelet repeats and playful color design.
Videos are included to help with using a lifeline and alternating colorways.
The design uses the following stitches:
knit
k2tog
kfb
ktbl (bind off)
purl
p2tog (bind off)
yarn over
