This is a toe up sock with a German Short Row Heel. The pattern is written for magic loop. Needle 1 will be the top of the foot and front of the leg. Needle 2 will be the bottom of the foot, heel and back of the leg.

This is a great go-to sock that will fit everyone from kids to adults. In smaller or middle sizes, it is perfect for those sock sets that include either a 50g skein with 20g mini or a 100g skein with 20g mini. If you are making the larger sizes, either use leftovers for the CC or omit the CC on either the toe or the cuff, because you will need more than 20g CC. The sample was knit as a size 4 using Legacy Fiber Artz Micro-Sock Kit in “Grinch” (50g MC and 20g CC). I encourage you to weigh your yarn as you go, to ensure you have enough for the 2nd sock.

Sizes: 1 (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9)

To Fit: 7 (7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5, 10, 10.5, 11)” around ball of foot.
