YPSILON is a huge triangle shawl which uses five colours in a fading order. It has build-in iCord edges and optional iCord-tails at all three ends.
The shawl is knit in one piece starting in the middle with a special cast-on forming an YPSILON which is the German word for the letter „Y“.
There is no sewing and no purling => garter stitch only. It does not need much attention - all you need is patience to finish it.

YPSILON ist ein großes dreieckiges Tuch, das mit fünf Farben im Farbverlauf gestrickt wird. Es hat rundherum einen gleich eingearbeiteten iCord-Abschluss und optionale dekorative iCord-Kordeln an den Spitzen.
Das Tuch wird in einem Stück gestrickt, aus der Mitte heraus mit einem speziellen Anschlag, der die Form eines YPSILON bildet – daher der Name – das durch eine Kontrastfarbe betont wird.
Es wird nichts zusammengenäht und es gibt auch keine linken Maschen, es wird nur kraus rechts gestrickt !
