When you go up a hooksize, she might be bigger, but proportions remain intact. This means gauge isn’t important. You can also make her sister Noelle with the same pattern if you change colors to Christmas colors.

Also don’t crochet to tightly it’ll be a strain on your wrists. If you crochet loosely, please go down a size. If you crochet tightly go up a size. The proportions of this girl stay intact.
