The Yule Sock pattern is an easy introduction to stranded colourwork knitting in the round, and they knit up very quickly, which makes them the perfect last minute gift for a knit worthy friend.
With most sizes using between 160 & 200m of the main colour and 110m & 130m of the contrast colour, the Yule Socks are also an excellent way to use up leftovers of your favourite sock yarns.
The colourwork section has full written and charted instructions. Worked cuff down.
With 2 skeins of sock yarn you could make a pair for yourself, then reverse the main colour and contrast colour and make another pair for a favourite friend!
