Hi, my name is Gaëlle and I’m a “stitch” addict: cross stitch, tapestry, knitting and now crochet!
I live in Paris and love vintage design, retro architecture and especially Art Deco. These are a real source of inspiration for me.

I designed Yumi pattern as an opportunity for you to test the Overlay Mosaic Crochet technique using 3 colors instead of 2. This technique is fun as you deal with more colors than usual but its easiest than the tapestry mosaic crochet.

You will find below some guidance about the technique and the graph.

You can use any yarn you want but you will need 3 colors. To give you some guidance I used a #4 acrylic yarn and a 3.5mm hook to obtain a final dimension of 4.5”x7” (11cm per 18cm).
