Size after blocking and Gauge after blocking

With Sport weight - Approx. 80” end to end and 18.5 ” highest center point

GAUGE in the SPORT WEIGHT yarn (using US #6 needle).
Approx 17 stitches per 4 inches, and 18 rows per 4 inches, in stockinette, stretched and blocked.

With Fingering weight - Approx. 72” end to end and 13.5 ” highest center point

GAUGE in the FINGERING WEIGHT yarn (using US #5 needle).
Approx 23 stitches per 4 inches, and 28rows per 4 inches, in stockinette, stretched and blocked.

This pattern is written in complete line by line text as well as complete line by line charts so you can chose to work in whichever format is most comfortable for you!

There will be some short video’s on She-Knits You Tube Channel to help those of you newer to beading and/or slip stitch knitting.

The first clue will go out May 30, 2012 and you will be given clues to be finished over 4 weeks.

~ Color A -525 yds. sport weight yarn
~ Color B - 80 yds. sport weight yarn in contrasting color
OR
~ Color A -410 yds. fingering weight yarn
~ Color B - 60 yds. fingering weight yarn in contrasting color
(Yarn used in optional kits: Studio June Springy Sport or Super Cash Sock)
~ 1 pair U.S.#6 needles (or needle size to get gauge desired)with sport weight yarn
or
~ 1 pair U.S.#5 needles (or needle size to get gauge desired) with fingering weight yarn
~800 (810 to be safe) size 6/0 seed beads
~ #12 crochet hook
