Zaina Infinity Scarf
An additional DK version has been added to this pattern.
Zaina Infinity Scarf is worked in the round using two colors of yarn. I think it looks best with one skein of a solid color yarn and one highly variegated yarn. It begins with a ribbed band in one color. Then a second color is added and both colors are worked for several rounds. The pattern is reversed and the piece is finished with a ribbed band in the second color.
This is a quick knit and is the perfect pattern to practice simple stranded colorwork… lots of repetition, no complicated charts and only uses two colors at a time!!
Although gauge is not super important in this pattern, you will want to make sure you go up a needle size if you are a tight knitter. As with any colorwork, the floats must be loose enough across the back to allow the piece to drape nicely.
Happy Knitting!!!!
