Zap is a v-necked raglan cardigan with intarsia colorwork. The body is worked flat from the bottom up, and the sleeves are worked in the round from the bottom up, then joined to the body. The button band and short-row shawl collar are picked up and worked afterward. There are two small underarm seams. The colorwork sections of the body and yoke are charted.

Yarn: You will need three contrasting colors of worsted-weight wool or wool blends: approximately 250 yards of Color A, approximately 200 yards of Color B, and approximately 125 yards of Color C. (Pictured: Knit Picks Wool of the Andes in Fern – worsted, 3 skeins / 150g / 330 yards, 100% wool; Malabrigo Merino Worsted in Geranio – worsted, 1 skein / 100g / 210 yards, 100% merino; Stitch Nation by Debbie Stoller Alpaca Love in Fern – aran, 1 skein / 85g / 132 yards, 80% wool, 20% alpaca)
