This hat is a mostly plain jersey pattern knitted from the bottom up with circular needles.

This pattern includes a ladder which is knitted in 2 contrasting colours to keep knitting interesting.
It is perfect for using those beloved leftover aran weight yarns we all have stashed away after knitting a sweater. It will look great with a short gradient yarn for the background colour of the zebra crossing. However the pattern will look great with any contrasting yarn.
You will need only around 10 g for the CC.

Feel free to play with colours and to add a matching pompon ;)

The pattern is written In 2 sizes: 84 sts - 52/54 cm/20’’/21’’ and 96 sts - 56/58 cm/22’’/23’’

This pattern matches with the Zebra Crossing sock, the Zebra Crossing mitts, the Zebra Crossing mittens and the Zebra Crossing cowl.
