Siena saw a zebra on tv and asked for her own. We explained that zebras are wild animals, but I could put one on a sweater for her. So she and I sat down and picked out colors, (blue is her favorite), and then I did a sample with a zebra I had drawn and she went wild. A little updating by making the back a little longer than the front and adding narrow striped sleeves and I have one happy little girl.

This pattern is sized for 3-4(5-6,8,10,12) yrs and is knit with a worsted weight yarn or
20 sts = 4 inches.
