Zelma a Body Hug
The sizes are a bit different than usual. Since this bodyhug is like a poncho or vest, the size is written on each part, not the body. Feel free to pick a size that’s best for you. The parts are like a square attached with a cowl or a neckband, depending on the construction you choose for your neck.
This Zelma is very beginner-friendly, and I have made a video that describes everything from the cast on to the cast off and all the techniques included in this project. It’s very detailed, and in the video, which is over two hours long, there are captions for every step. If you want to see how I do things, you can easily skip or review a caption again.
There are three ways to knit the collar but you do what suits you best.
There is also a video where I talk about this project and show you all the different collars I’ve done.
I hope you want to knit the Zelma, a body hug.
Pardon my English, but I you will understand by looking at the video if I misspoke anything. <3
I knitted my Zelma with unspun yarn, but feel free to choose your preference. If you wish to try unspun yarn, I recommend also incorporating mohair silk and holding them together strengthen the thread.
