The name is from Greek mythology = Zephyrus, the ancient Greek god of life-bringing spring winds…

Knit in the round with DK weight yarn, and using Fisherman’s Rib stitch, this makes for a fun and fast weekend project! A great in between seasons accessory piece that is ideal for breezy days of spring or autumn. Keep warm and cozy by knitting one for yourself, your sweetheart, your partner, your friend, your parent, your child--everyone!

Cowl is in two sizes --Small and Medium/Large-- for adults, but can easily be adjusted to fit any size in terms of circumference and height. Unisex style. The cowl is an enjoyable project for knitters of all levels. The stitch pattern is ideal for new knitters who want a different challenge. With relatively low meterage/yardage, depending on yarn choice, this could be a one skein wonder project… or just a fun way to use up small amounts left over from stash.
