Note: Gauge is not crucial for this pattern as long as your stitches don’t have gaps in between. Having a different gauge will affect the overall size of your pumpkin.
Materials needed:
- US G6/4.00mm crochet hook, or size needed to obtain gauge
- Montana Crochet Merino Worsted, weight 4/medium (100% wool, 100 g/3.53 oz, 220 yds/201 m), 90 yds/82.3 m
- Measuring tape
- Scissors
- Tapestry needle (a 5” weaving needle makes creating the indents easier!)
- Fiber fill Stick, cinnamon stick, or leather/faux leather for the pumpkin stem
- Leather/faux leather pumpkin leaf (optional)
Skills needed:
- Working in the round
- Increasing/decreasing
