Zig Zag Sweater
Using one to two skeins of sock yarn, this light weight sweater is great for an extra layer of warmth for your little one. Buttons on the shoulder seam allow for ease of dressing, and the zig zag cable and vivid color choices in hand dyed yarn ensure that you’ll have a sweater like no other.
To Fit Sizes: 3 mo., 6 mo., 12 mo., 18 mo., 24 mo., 3-4T
Finished Chest Measurement: 19 (20, 21, 22, 24, 26) inches / 48.25 (50.75, 53.5, 55.75, 61, 66) cm
Yarn: One Room Fibers Sock: 370 (410, 484, 512, 570, 632) yards
or
338 (375, 443, 468, 521, 578) meters.
Gauge: Stockinette stitch: 26 sts and 36 rows = 4”/10cm and Zig Zag Cable: 32 sts = 4”/10cm
Needles: US Size 4 or 3.5 mm or size to obtain gauge
a 16”/40cm circular needle is recommended for working the neck
Notions: Cable needle stitch markers matching thread sewing needle
Materials: 3 – 1/4” buttons (1/2” shown in picture).
ERRATA: On the front, the right side shoulder should say: Work even until armhole measures 4.25 (4.5, 4.75, 5, 5.25, 5.75) inches / 10.75 (11.5, 14.5, 12.5, 13.5, 14.5) cm. long.
