ZigZag Lightning Cowls
These cowls are knit in the round with two colors of worsted weight yarn, using slipped stitches and a simple cable technique. Only one color is used per round. Two 100g skeins of Malabrigo Worsted in coordinating colors will get you on your way! The pattern has instructions for a short cozy cowl, and a longer infinity cowl. Use a 24” circular for the short cowl, or a 32” circular for a long cowl.
New to cabling? I’ve posted a video tutorial on how to make the cables for these cowls, both with and without a cable needle. You can see it here on YouTube.
Intimidated by the possibility of running out of yarn before your long tail cast on is finished? This two-tailed long tail cast on is your solution.
