These fun toe-up socks are well suited for semi-solid, multi-colored, or hand-painted sock yarns. Women’s Medium is 8” around, slightly stretched, instructions include measurements so that the pattern can be adjusted for a shorter or longer foot.

Berry and spice with a light blush of color, this is Zinfandel. Mmm. Like the wine, these socks go down easy, but are never boring. The lace is easy to memorize and its fun to see the pattern zig and zag up the leg!

The pattern includes both written and charted instructions, and features toe-up construction, gusset increases on the sole for a snug fit, and a gusset heel. Either Turkish, Figure Eight or Judy’s Magic cast-on may be used, but specific instructions are not included for these techniques.
