The pattern includes a picture tutorial on how to sew a zipper onto a knitted item. The pattern incorporates YO/SSK, and K2tog/YO. Instructions to master these techniques and stitches are completely described and detailed in the pattern. As such, the pattern is suitable for an intermediate loom knitter.
