This pattern came along when I saw a sweater I wanted on a tv show and couldn’t find a sweater like it or a pattern for one. So, I got out my designing notebook and sketched away. This is knitted out of bamboo yarn that gives it a stiffer drape, but I think it would loo lovely in a mohair or silk. In a nice cotton it would almost have a sweatshirt feel. This hemline that starts in the front at the smallest part of the waist and goes lower in the back is very flattering.
