Zugzwang Slipover
The ZugZwang Slipover is an intermediate colourwork pattern designed with a checkered stripes pattern. This slipover is knit from the top down. First the back is cast on and knit, the shoulders are picked up and joined in the front to create the neckline. After the front and back are knit, they are joined in the round and the body is completed in the round. Finally stitches are picked up around the arm opening and ribbing is knit in the round. The slipover has a boxy oversized fit, features a checkered colour work pattern and corrugated ribbing for the cuffs and the collar. The slipover sits off the shoulder, similar to the style of the drop shoulder sweater, and is cropped (although this is easily adjustable!)
