The Zunyite is a cosy little cowl for volatile spring weather. The cowl is quick to make and uses very little yarn, perfect for using up some left-over yarns. The cowl is knitted in rounds, in mosaic knitting. The length can be easily adjusted, working more or fewer repeats. Both samples are eight repeats long.
The pattern uses metric and imperial systems. The mosaic pattern is charted and written.
Various left-over yarns were used for the samples.
First sample:
Giddy Aunt Yarns Merino Silk Sport, Cinder Toffee; 119 m / 130 yards.
Madelinetosh Pashmina, Oscuro; 90 m / 99 yards.
Second sample:
Giddy Aunt Yarns Merino Silk Sport, Nightshade; 88 m / 96 yards.
Garnstudio Baby Alpaca Silk, Light Sea Green; 97 m / 106 yards.
