ABOUT THE PATTERN
All the larger patterns share the same body structure and crochet techniques. Whether you’re a crochet enthusiast or an advanced beginner looking to practice and develop your skills, these patterns offer an accessible yet engaging experience. Using DK yarn and a 2.5mm hook, the larger crochet characters are approximately 11cm tall and each Mini is approximately 6cm tall.
SKILL LEVEL
Rated as beginner-intermediate, these patterns strike a balance between simplicity and creativity. While the majority of the stitches used are straightforward, a touch of sewing and embroidery is required to bring your Eggies to life. There are also colour changes and a few trickier techniques required at times to create the character detail. Fear not, as less common stitches and techniques are explained through detailed instructions, accompanied by photos and links to my website for further hints and tips.
